“Both my wife and I wish to express our sincere thanks to Audrey for her exemplary help in the the sale of our Manhattan Beach property. Without her, we would not have been able to handle all the details, deadlines, appointments, etc. that were required to complete the job. While we realize that these things are a part of being a realtor, Audrey extended herself far beyond description. The property was owned by Sandi’s father, who is severely physically impaired and therefore could not provide much help. We are 50 miles away and could not be present in the area every day. Audrey kept us updated to the minute. Many times she went out of her way to travel to Sandi’s father’s new mobile home to review paperwork, etc. By the way, she was also instrumental in helping to find the mobile home for us. Additionally, she arranged to have a wheel chair ramp built from the street to the front porch and an inside door widened to allow the chair access. Well, the list could go on, but we really want to recognize Audrey for her job knowledge, professionalism, courteousness, cheerfulness, understanding and kindness.”
