About Audrey

I was born in Los Angeles, grew up in New York, and returned to California to attend USC. Prior to my real estate career I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. I went on to work in the Aerospace Industry working with solar panels for communication satellites. After purchasing my first home, I was intrigued by the process. I obtained a real estate license and shortly thereafter began focusing on a career in real estate.

I’ve been a local Realtor since 1986 and rated in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide with sales totaling well over a Half Billion Dollars. I have been a South Bay resident for over thirty-five years and a consistent Top Producer representing both Buyers and Sellers in the South Bay. I offer personal attention with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Repeat clients and a large referral base comprise the majority of my business.

I currently live in Manhattan Beach with my husband. We raised our two children here and a sense of community and a strong public school system are very important to me. I’ve been both a sponsor & volunteer at several school functions. I’ve also been a member of the Manhattan Beach Environmental Task Force, helping to keep our community greener and healthier for future generations.  I’m currently a member of the Outdoor Dining Task Force – working to find solutions to retain outdoor dining in a safe, sustainable way for both residents and visitors.

I love this community and there is nothing that I enjoy more than serving people who love it too! People come from around the globe to vacation in Southern California. I feel very fortunate to live here and I feel very good about raising my family here.

So whether you are looking for a small beach cottage or a large estate, please let me help you through this next step in your life. My enthusiastic attitude and extensive market knowledge will set the tone for a pleasant and positive experience. I’d love to add you to my list of satisfied clients!
